Luxury spa services, beautiful pool area, artistic and chic atmosphere

The shuttle service could use more efficiency!!! Overcrowded beach access left us wanting more tranquility . Noise levels from nearby areas detracted from our overall enjoyment!!! An upgraded in-room entertainment system would also enhance the experience.

The staff is top and the whole concept is absolutely coherent. Great view.

The bathrooms could use a general overhaul.

my stay was highlighted by amazing walks to the famous piazzetta and the gardens of augustus with lovely moments of exploration and relaxation.

The design of the hotel was incredible, the location perfect. The people working in the front desk were very friendly and always with a smile.

I think the quality of the breakfast is not at the level of the hotel, food was not very good and I think this is very important, in a hotel like this every detail is important and food is one of the important ones.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, including a fine pool and a free shuttle service that makes exploring the area easy.

Nothing to dislike.

We have stayed at many luxury/5* hotels in Italy, Il Pellicano, L'Andana, Grand Hotel Timeo etc and JK Place is up there with them. The ground floor rooms are unbelievably stylish and comfortable. The pool is superb. All the staff were first class and attentive. We enjoyed every meal. The shuttle service to Capri Town was a real asset, because the queues at the funicular are so long and taxis extremely expensive. The only drawback to my mind is the location which is simply a function of geography, being on the north side the pool and terrace are in shade for much of the day.

The staff was attentive, we felt at home. Breakfast was lovely, and the outdoor dining made mornings even better. Don't miss the chance to relax by the fine pool!

Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet our expectations. It was decent but not nice, a letdown given the overall ambiance.

You step into J.K. Place and know you're in a special spot. The beauty grabs you right away. The room's sea view made waking up a delight, with Mount Vesuvius framing the horizon. Each breakfast seemed like a feast. They keep pushing the envelope on presentation and flavor. I usually dread hotel shuttles, but the complimentary ride to the town felt seamless. It made popping into town for a quick coffee or lunch easy. The pool area? Absolutely fine. Wide enough to actually swim, not just dip your toes. You can lounge all day here and bask in that gorgeous view. The only small hiccup? A lighted make-up mirror would've made getting ready easy. It's a minor detail, but I missed that. The quiet atmosphere can be a bit much at times, especially if you're looking for a lively vibe. Little things aside, the attention to detail from the staff really shines. They work hard to, and it enhances the stay. Can't wait to return!

Great views and excellent food, but poolside service could be better.

I was greeted with a refreshing lemon drink and the free shuttle made it super easy to explore. I loved relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool and indulging in a soothing back massage at the spa. A minor thing to note is that a better light for the bathroom would've made getting ready a bit easier. Take the time to enjoy the tasty breakfast 😊

I was impressed by the elegant, modern decor throughout J.K. Place Capri, which exudes a chic nautical vibe. The beautiful outdoor terrace provided a fine view of the ocean.

They greeted us with this refreshing custom Italian drink that was just very nice! The staff constantly were very good, planning our perfect itinerary without missing a beat.

It cost a pretty penny, but every part of it felt justified.

We seemed like we were at home with the attentive staff, beautiful room with a four-poster bed and spacious bathroom, complimentary minibar, and lovely bathroom products. The common rooms downstairs were beautifully furnished with an interesting library. The hotel's location overlooking the sea and harbor provided fine views. The hotel also offered a free car service into the center of the city for dinner.
